Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that the petitioner took her from her home as the petitioner wanted to marry with her but first information report of the informant discloses that prior to institution of the present case, victim had eloped with the petitioner on 22.08.2014 and after that informant went to Kolkata to take back the victim. Taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it appears to me that there was love affair between the parties and when the victim came in the clutches of the informant, she made statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava,
