The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under sections 366-A, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that Md. Sonu kidnapped his daughter Gudiya Khatoon and kept her in his house for the purpose of marriage but he did not marry with her. A panchaiti was held and Md. Sonu agreed to marry with the victim. Soon thereafter Md. Sonu fled away to Delhi. After some time, the informant came to know that his daughter was burnt to death by the mother (petitioner) and brother Md. Manu. It is submitted that during the course of investigation, it has come that the deceased herself got burn injury. The petitioner threw the dead body of the deceased in the river. It appears that Md. Monu has been enlarged on bail on the ground of juvenility. There is no eye

Considering the same, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 70/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
