The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 307, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra. The accusation against the petitioner is that he shot fire at the informant causing injury on his left thigh. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
