The petitioners filed this petition for modification of the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60019 of 2019. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 25.09.2019 but the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid order on account of unavoidable circumstances. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners could not surrender in the court below due to the reasons beyond their control, the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for four weeks from today.
