====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner No. 1 inflicted knife blow on the head and neck of the son of the informant and petitioner No. 2 caused injuries on his fingers by means of iron rod and they took cash and golden chain of the son of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11496 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 doctor has found the injuries to be simple in nature. Case and counter case.
5. Considering the simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh) P. S. Case No. 609 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
