JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. All the petitioners, who are languishing in custody, seek bail in a case registered under sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this case being brothers-in-law of deceased daughter of the informant, who died under unnatural circumstance, within six years of her marriage, after suffering for certain demands, torture etc. Submission is of false implication. Whatever specific accusation that is against non-petitioner, the husband of the deceased and there is nothing against these two petitioners. Further they carry no criminal antecedents.

Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.205 of 2014, subject to condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
