The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.08.2015 in Supaul P.S. Case no.152/15 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that firstly the petitioner was made accused on accusation of recovery of four tins of Mustard Oil and thereafter stolen vehicles was also shown recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52019 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no.152/15.
