JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Industrial P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., however, he was arrested in connection with another case and has been remanded in this case. Apart from that petitioner is accused in several other cases.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been arrested in one case and, thereafter, he has falsely been implicated in other cases including the present case and he has been in custody since 20.11.2019.

No.7715 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above submission, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Industrial P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds. It is further subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the Officer-in-Charge of the police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of nine months/ or till conclusion of trial, whichever is earlier, so that the police may watch his activities during that period.
