The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor has any incriminating article been recovered from his possession. His name has come up in the confessional statement of co-accused Vikas Kumar Sahani. Petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2014 and claims to be having clean antecedent.

Having considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Binod Sahni @ Vinod Sahni is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of
