JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 The petitioner was absent from his duties between 30.09.2013, and till issuance of the order dated 07.08.2017 terminating his contract of service.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was under treatment and therefore he could not discharge his duties as Panchayat Rojgar Sevak. In support of his absence, however, there is no material on record to justify the absence for four years.

3. In view of these facts and the nature of petitioner's service being contractual, no case is made out for interference with the impugned order. The medical prescription enclosed by
