The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406. 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 153A, 192, 124/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner for writing letters and sending SMS to the higher officials. It has been alleged that those letters and SMS are related to creating religious disturbance. Petitioner is in jail since 19.7.2014. Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar Karn, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate,
