2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have outraged modesty of the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has been compromised between the parties. The petitioner in in jail since 20.11.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
