2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-103/61(2)(a)/3(5) B.N.S. 2023.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with co-accused Emanullah Ansari 17 years prior to lodging of the FIR. Emanullah Ansari had love and affection with a neighbour namely, Sabina Parveen and for that reason, the accused persons committed murder of the deceased by pressing her throat.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11797 of 2025(4) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 because he is family member of Emanullah Ansari. After investigation, the investigating authorities found this case of suicide. The petitioner is under incarceration since 03-10-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Successor Court, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S.
