Informant, Kajal Devi during course of her stay at her Maika had gone to Manshahi Hat on 16.03.2014. After return therefrom found her son Dheeraj Kumar aged about 10 years absent from her Maika. They have made hectic search and during course thereof, found the dead body behind Bank. So, she suspected hands of all the petitioners in the background of animosity.

Gone through the case diary. It is apparent therefrom that dead body was traced out behind the bank lying at village-Kuraitha and ante-mortem injuries were found over his person. (Para-37). However, none of the witnesses have claimed anything above the suspicion shown against these petitioners on account of case instituted by the accused persons in the year 2011 against the father of informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48068 of 2014 (3) dt.30-03-2015 As such, petitioners Dinesh Rishi @ Dinesh Riashi, Medhu Rishi @ Meghu Rishi, Naresh Rishi, Parvati Devi each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No.17 of 2014.
