The present petition has been preferred for grant of the following relief(s):- "(i) For quashing the notice dated 04-05-2016 issued by Respondent No.3 by which the petitioner has been directed to appear before him and produce evidence in support of his contention as Respondent No. 5 had tiled a case bearing B.L.D.R. Case No.

07/2016-17 against him.

(ii) For holding that the above noted proceeding/case was wholly illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and not maintainable in the facts and
