In pursuance of the order dated 26.03.2018, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is personally present and has expressed apology for the delay in implementation of the order passed by this Court in Cr.W.J.C. No.986 of 2016. A show cause

Patna High Court MJC No.1365 of 2017 (5) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 has also been filed stating that the accused Sunil Singh has been taken into custody.

In view of such submission made and the apology tendered by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishaili, the said explanation is accepted and the contempt application stands disposed of.
