JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner along with other accused persons were arrested while they were preparing for committing dacoity as per FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession except one mobile phone and he is in custody since 25.11.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8291 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019.
