Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 34, 365, 386 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of two weeks without there being any explanation for the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.10677 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II-cum-Sub-Judge-II, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
