1. No representation for the petitioner.

2. This Court passed an oral order on 16.07.2025 which reads as follows:-

1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that during the Covid period, an Interlocutory Application was filed by him on 07.01.2021, which is not part of the record. Even upon verification, it is found that no such Interlocutory Application was filed in the Registry.

2. Therefore, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for filing a hard-copy of the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.9785 of 2018(5) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 interlocutory application. List on 06.08.2025 as a last indulgence.

3. Again on 12.08.2025, this Court passed an oral order which reads as follows:- In spite of granting sufficient time for filing Interlocutory Application, the same was not filed.

The Learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for an adjournment. Therefore, as a last indulgence, the matter is adjourned on payment of cost of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority. List on 19.08.2025.

4. In spite of the said orders, neither the orders of this Court have been complied with nor there is representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
