This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the accused petitioner, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53897/2017, on the ground that petitioner has given threat to withdraw the case as mentioned in para 2 of this petition for which informant has filed complaint case with regard to such incident which has taken place on 21.09.2017 and 8.01.2019 as contained in Annexure-2 series.

This Court is of the view that informant has already taken appropriate remedy under law for the act committed by the accused petitioner.
