JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Petitioner in the present case claims that she has been appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher at Primary School, Rangila Bihga, Gram Panchayt Raj, Dharhara, Block Silao, District-Nalanda. According to the petitioner, she has joined at the primary school on 24.07.2014 and is discharging her duties regularly in that school but the respondents have not paid her monthly salary from 2018 till date.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2068 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the judgment of this Court in CWJC No.22186 of 2019 (Pallavi Kumari @ Pallavi Pandey Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and other analogous cases the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a representation before the competent authority of the Department and in case the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed by the Department, she would seek her remedy before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.

This writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the competent authority of the Department at the first instance and in case her grievance remains unaddressed, she will have a liberty to seek her remedy before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda.
