2. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 626 of 2014 arising out of Rajoun P.S.Case No. 68 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 25 (1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and in any event the informant has not sustained any serious injury. It is further submitted that three cartridges has been recovered from the petitioner's pocket. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail for more than

4. Having regard to the nature of accusation and the seriousness of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
