JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

At an earlier occasion, petitioner, Sachin Sahni @ Suchit Sahani and Umesh Das along with others have moved for anticipatory bail under Cr.Misc.No. 42916/2014 which was rejected vide order dated 14.05.2015 on account of having been declared absconder in the background of principle so laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court as reported in (2014)2 SCC 171, though the allegation attributed to them so gathered after perusal of the case diary happens to be under Section 201 of the IPC, a bailable one. Even then, their prayer for bail has been rejected by the learned lower court.

Accordingly, petitioners, Sachin Sahni @ Suchit Sahani and Umesh Das are directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53269 of 2015 (4) dt.30-01-2016 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dharmendra Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Manhar P.S. Case No. 122/2014.
