JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation the petitioner is that he dragged the informant and took away her Mangalsutra.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 77 years and he has no criminal antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him. Let petitioner, above-named, in the

No.6907 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
