The petitioner questions the resolution No.9.11.2016 of the Managing Committee of the Muzaffarpur Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, District- Nalanda whereby he has been terminated from the services of the society. Law is well settled and no writ lies against the order of the Managing Committee of a Cooperative Society and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to question his termination order before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
