The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Husband of the deceased is not an accused in this case. Father-in-law has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.71834 of 2018 vide Annexure-2. The petitioners are mother-in-law and Gotani of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid especially the fact

No.8997 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 that the petitioners are female, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.176 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
