This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 120B of the Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since more than six months and there is no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
