JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased whose dead body was recovered from a filed after institution of the present case and the aforesaid fact goes to show that dead body of the deceased had been concealed.

The postmortem report of the deceased reflects that several injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Moreover, trial of the petitioner has already commenced. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17552 of 2015 (4) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 Trial No. 23 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar stands rejected at least, at this stage. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
