2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (I) for a MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to make payment the of compensation amount of the land alongwith interest under commercial category, under missing plot category, Araria
Patna High Court CWJC No.13792 of 2016(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/3 Sangram, L.A. no, 307 Khesra No.2578, Area 5 Decimal Land, Circle Block- Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani, which has been acquired and work of widening and strengthening of National Highway at the concerned place has already been completed but compensation amount of the land (under category missing plot) of the petitioner has not been paid;
(ii) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. The limited case of the petitioner is that though payment has been made with regard to the house on the land, the area surrounding the house/land, no compensation has been extended despite approaching the authorities.
4. The submission is that he will be approaching the authorities once again for necessary compensation amount

5. Granting the said liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
