The writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to take a decision on the Waqf Property dedicated to Sunni Waqf executed by a registered deed of Waqfnama Fisbilillah dated 29.12.1979 so that the property dedicated to Sunni Waqf may not be alienated, encroached and grabbed by the antisocial and unscrupulous elements. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Chairman, Sunni
Patna High Court CWJC No.10997 of 2018 dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Waqf Board and the Chief Executive Officer, Sunni Waqf Board, Patna on 09.05.2018 seeking the relief for which the present writ application has been filed.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
