It would appear that name of the petitioner came in this case in the supervision note of Dy. S.P. who mentioned in his report that the informant disclosed before him that petitioner had demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lac) from him for searching of the boy and later on, brother-in-law of the petitioner took Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty thousand only) in the name of handing over the victim. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
