====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pachrukhi (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 8.64 ltrs of wine was recovered from the car which belongs to one Pintu Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
