2. This application has been filed for quashing the notices dated 26/11/2022 issued by learned Additional Sessions Judge-25th Patna in Cr. Revision No. 428/2022 whereby and whereunder petitioners have directed to appear in this case and file objection if any, the said notices were issued to the petitioners without there being any judicial order passed and further for issuing notices to the petitioners who have been arrayed for him and further maintaining status quo in the matter with respect to the petitioners in connection with Cr. Revision No. 428/2022 till the disposal of the instant case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners have challenged the notice issued to the petitioners by the revisional court. Prior

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12827 of 2023(3) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 to filing of this case in this Court they had already appeared in the revisional court as has been stated in Para 12 of the petition.

4. In view of aforesaid, this application is misconceived and is dismissed.
