2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Muzaffarpur (East) Town P.S. Case No.634 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and due to inadvertence on the part of the Gauhati University. The petitioner had in fact appeared in the B.Ed. Examination for the Session 1997 whereas verification has been done by the Gauhati University for the Session 1998 as evident from the endorsement on the copy of the mark sheet enclosed with the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the Vigilance appears and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur (East) Town P.S. Case No.634 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
