The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Town Hajipur P.S. Case No. 658 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 04.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 658 of 2014.
