2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bibhutipur P. S. Case No. 313/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with one Ajay Rajak on 18.03.2018. From the said wedlock, they had two children. It is alleged that after sometime of marriage, all the accused persons including petitioner started demanding dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, they committed murder of the deceased. The thrust of allegation is against her husband Ajay Rajak who is in custody since19.10.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is separate in mess and property. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed.
7. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera (Samastipur) in connection with Bibhutipur P.
