2. Pursuant to the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14861 of 2018, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 bringing on record the order vide memo no. 2544 dated 10.10.2018 by which the claim of the

Patna High Court MJC No.425 of 2019(3) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 petitioner has been negated.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to challenge the said order.
