The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399/402/414/120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act and 20/22 of the NDPS Act, is one of the named accused in this case on being apprehended during police raid conducted on some secret information.
Submission is of false implication and there is substantial detention.
Further he carries no criminal antecedents.
If it is so, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48307 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
