1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant bail application has been filed in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner by an order dated 21.09.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60115 of 2024 whereby petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner stand framed on 26.11.2024 as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the regular bail application.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024.
7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his brother namely Angad Kumar Choupal.
8. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner in that event, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner forthwith after recording reasons.
