JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he is involved in manipulating the Chesis number and other features of the vehicle and, as such, he is involved in the business of sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle after preparing forged documents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12444 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gopalganj in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018.
