Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 04 of 1994 (G.R. No. 108 of 1994) regarding kidnapping of Dr. Krishna Kant Jha registered under Sections 364(A)/379 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in course of investigation, after 15 months witnesses in paragraph nos. 174 and 175 disclosed the name of petitioner and six others as kidnappers of the victim, Krishna Kant Jha. It is also submitted that Nandlal Uraon and Dhanraj Uraon have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48879 of 2014 (5) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 42383 of 2013 on 18.02.2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 53684 of 2013 on 03.04.2014 respectively. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.07.2014. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 04 of 1994. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
