The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased sustained injury in an accident but subsequently, informant in collusion with the police, lodged this present case with exaggerated and twisted story.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased sustained injury only at his leg which could only be possible in accidental case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Agiaon (G) P.S.
