The case is under Sections 363, 366-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Attention of the Court has been drawn to some of the admitted facts, like, the lady was found 18 and 1⁄2 years of age by the Board of Doctors examining her, she stated that after she was forcibly got married to the petitioner she was not liking to dump him.

Regard being had to the facts and submission and further considering that the case has a look that the lady departed from her matrimonial house out of her own will so as to choose her life partner, let the petitioner Anil Paswan be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-( five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhataun P.S.Case No. 202 of 2014.
