Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the University by filing representation.

Without going into the merit of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation addressed to the University. The Vice-

Patna High Court CWJC No.9869 of 2019(4) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 chancellor and the Registrar of the University are directed to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner and if any admissible post-retiral benefits are due, the University shall ensure payment of the same at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is needless to state here that in the matter of delayed payment of post-retiral benefits, the respondent University are obliged to follow the judgment of this Court dated 31.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11219 of 2011, which was affirmed by the L.P.A. Court in L.P.A. No. 1253 of 2016 vide order dated 11.01.2018.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
