Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the daughter of the informant. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The husband of the petitioner is in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 95 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
