Petitioner happens to be owner of the mobile through which the demand of extortion was made but petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.06.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No. 373 of 2015.
