JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application to prefer a statutory appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal within a period of 30 days from today. In case an appeal is preferred within the aforesaid period, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal shall consider the question of limitation keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner before this Court after filing of the writ application. Learned counsel for the Bank is present and has no objection to the same.
The writ application stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
