JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354C, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. On account of land dispute scuffle took place between the parties and both sides received injury. There is case and counter case. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they are in custody since 26.11.2018 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8846 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 28.11.2018 respectively, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District- Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018.
