The petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Rail (GRP) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2010, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 150, 151 of the Railway Act, section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and section 17 of the CLA Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner petitioner has been made accused in this on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Badri Yadav who has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27951 of 2010. Save and except disclosure by the co-accused there is no material to connect this petitioner with the alleged occurrence. It is next submitted that petitioner has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail (GRP) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2010.
