The present application has been filed by the petitioner to provide adequate security for the life and the property of the petitioner and his family.

Counsel further pressed that the case is pending against petitioner and his family members bearing SC/ST P.S., Siwan Case No. 20 of 2020 lodged under Sections 3(1)(R)(S), 3(2)(Va) SC/ST Act.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan in this matter.

Permission granted.

The petitioner shall represent the entire matter before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan within four weeks and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan upon hearing the parties, shall take appropriate decision in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.269 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 3/3 cases, with regard to the reliefs.
